Communication was crucial in this short process. Although some of the paperwork was a little much, Christie and her staff were able to get us to an early signing date, which was huge being we had to be out of our rental in 30 days.

Bob goes above and beyond to make sure you get the home of your dreams! He made things possible that every other lender told us it wouldnt happen, for example, Flatbranch mortgage loans.

Drew was great, super friendly and nice to deal with. The one area where I think there could be some improvement was the communication. We talked about it loosely at closing, but with things being in good order for my loan we didn't communicate much and I was concerned at times with my status or what I needed to be doing. Again Drew is a great guy that was my only concern.
