Sam was always available. Day or night. Weekdays and weekends. He's knowledgeable and really took time to explain everything. Christina was so patient and amazingly thorough. Also a very good listener. I don't want to leave on a down note but I do think one point of communication needs to be made to all clients. The use of terms such as USA Mortgage, DAS Acquisitions, Rosenblatt.com, and various other web extensions for do not reply etc is confusing and perhaps a quick document included should help the customer know that al... read more

my work schedule has rotating shift hours and a no cell phone policy so it is not easy to get things done but somehow Chad was able to work with me during the limited hours i had each day to get things accomplished.
