It was a smooth process and I believe Kim is very knowledgeable and kept us informed along the way. The only issue we encountered was when it came to presigning closing docs and some of the forms were not applicable to our situation and in order to proceed we had to sign electronically. I do not think this is a Kim issue, but I would think that a company like USA would be able to have a system that would allow these documents to be edited based on the borrower's situation.
