We had 2 other lenders that did not meet our expectations but when my agent referred Daniel Trevino, it was completely different story. Steve was so patient with us and really was the most straightforward mortgage lender we talked to . we knew we wanted to work with him because he seemed to have our best interests at heart and make sure we made good decisions for ourselves at every step . Steve was wonderful to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone I know who is buying a house .
