1) Sam let me call him for YEARS 2) Sam was funny (this is truly an added plus, but it is part of what made the experience great) 3) Sam was flexible and found solutions (this is 100% the main reason I would recommend him) 4) Sam knew what he was doing - he was up to speed on recent things happening in the market (lawsuits, specifically), as well a having decades of experience. 5) This is going to sound goofy - he also wasn't intimidated by having to go find stuff out, and didn't mind if we questioned him on EVERYTHING.
