Brooke was awesome! She was friendly and polite, knowledgeable and experienced, and a pleasure to work with. Charitti was a huge help! This was my first time buying a house, and she walked me through it step by step. She answered all my questions in detail and explained why or how it worked. She made sure that I was informed on every step weather it was going to underwriting, coming out of underwriting, and what the next step was for the loan and what I may needed to get together information wise. Overall 12/10! Thank you Charitti, you made this a wonderful experience for my fiancé and I!
