Overall the process of getting a house is extensive and there are a lot of moving parts. Sam was able to keep us in the loop on different possibilities of the mortgage. The only negative was a representative under Sam called my wife and sounded like a bill collector when trying to bring a document to our attention. Sam apologized for the action and we were able to move past it.

Matt made it great!! He went above and beyond ALWAYS!!
