Justin Lackey provided an incredible service . Justin had outstanding communication skills, not only quick and responsive but very informative. Justin always made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on before continuing to the next step . I never had a feeling of being rushed through any part of the process . It was a smooth stress free process , Justin stepped up and took on responsibilities that were beyond his duties. I would recommend Justin Lackey to anyone going through a Mortgage process!
