Consistent communication with also making sure that i truly understood what was going on and being said. I was scared of the house buying process because I’m not experienced with it and Ed truly gave me so much knowledge and made me feel aware of how to do all of this.

Was super resourceful through the whole experience. Always available when needed to ask questions or concerns. Extremely friendly and could tell she cared about us through our the whole process. For being my first time buying a home, Heather was the best person to aid me and my significant other.
