Travis was so helpful! I'm a first time home buyer that actually searched earlier this year for a home. I spoke with 3 different lenders and none of them were near as helpful as Travis. He also offered a 0% down MHDC Loan that no other lender even mentioned there being. He was informative, helpful, prompt, & I just closed on my house last week with no hiccups on the finance side! I've already recommended him to several people who mentioned buying, and I'll continue to do so because of this! Thank you Travis!

While it was a stressful experience and we had a few hiccups, Drew managed to get us a better loan in the end and helped us get the best deal possible. The only recommendation I would have for Drew is more day to day communication and updating the client throughout the process, even if it's a simple still waiting on so and so. It helps the client know he is actively working on things behind the scene that we know nothing about. Overall, things turned out great and we love the home.
