It had been six years since I last purchased a home. There are many unknowns in finding and qualifing for a mortgage. Although my wife and I are retired, Molly worked hard to fully understand our financial situation and found us an excellant mortgage. My wife and and I were always kept informed of where things stood and what we could expect moving forward.

Elmin is a man of action. He does not say much but when he does what he says. Elmin is quick and when things needs to be accerlerated, he acts fast and knows what to do. He's a guy of experiences I can tell. Will definitely recommend to others. I think I could give him a 10
