The experience was extremely easy and smooth. As indepepe contractor, we thought we would be required way more documentation to be able to get approve, but it wasn't the case. Aside of this, they provided different solutions that made the process of adquiring home insurance and any other requests to close easy. Over all, we had a great experience!

Sam called and introduced himself and gave us the name of the rep that was going to assist us throughout the process. The communication interaction was outstanding. We were able to speak with someone everytime we called. The App was user friendly, and reflected the step by step process and status which provided a peace of mine. Everyone did an outstanding job!
