As I indicated earlier, it had been sometime since I had was in the real estate market. When I contacted Matt, I virtually knew nothing about what steps I had to take in the real estate market and what steps I had to take. Gaining a pre-approval was new to me-- I was use to the day when you looked a homes decided if you could afford it then apply.
