I saw Dr. Falahati at Endocrinology Associates one time with uncontrolled type II insulin dependent diabetes. He showed little interest in my health and turned my case over to his Physician's Assistant. I never saw or heard from Dr. Falahati again. After months under the treatment of his PA, my cardiologist referred me to Professor Dana Clark, MD the chief endocrinologist at the Diabetes Center at the UUMC. dr.
I was considering Dr. Falahati, however, my husband and I stopped by his office to schedule an appointment and saw some atrocious behavior. He seems to have a terrible attitude, he treated his staff terribly, we saw him come up to the front desk and tell his employee he was stupid.... within earshot of a potential patient!!!! I was baffled. If someone treats their staff that poorly, they will most likely treat me poorly!!! Seemed like he has a real anger problem by the way he snapped.
As a new patient, I was very happy to be able to get an appt so quickly. I arrived very early as I knew there would be paperwork. As I finished the paperwork, I was called back. Very timely and efficient. Clean offices. My wait was reasonable. My conversation with Dr Falahati was very thorough, and as they sometimes do, held a few surprises, All of my concerns were addressed, and questions were answered. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend to others.

He lets me adjust my medication according to my needs and different exercise situations. That lets me have better control of my glucose than if it was the same everyday. It also makes me feel he trust me to do the best thing for me.
Bad doctor, doesn't give care needed, spends appt looking at computer and ignores patient,
New patients of Dr. Brady via referral. the office got us an appointment very quickly. However, for the first appointment, we were admittedly 11 minutes late (we were slowed somewhat by surgery the day before.) Apparently, there is a policy in the office if you are late by 10 minutes you have to reschedule. We waited 15 minutes after we arrived before anyone acknowledged us at the front desk, only to be informed of this policy. If the Dr's competence is reflected by office policy?!!!!
I am not very pleased with the care I have been given. After going in for a follow up visit 9 mo. after my treatment, I was told I should have been on a higher dose of medication that I wasn't aware of. Many pounds of weight gain later, & not a whole lot of doctor/patient interaction. This information was apparently in a patient portal that I couldn't get into.. What happened to contacting a patient personally to make sure they were absolutely aware of what was going on with their medical cond.?
Spends his visit time on the computer and you are not sure if he is even listening to you. Leaves you waiting in the exam room.
