The house was clean and well stocked for being a large house. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did not use it. The bedrooms were comfortable and vey quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. My only observation, but it did not affect us as we were there in fair weather, is that the garage spaces were not clear. The garage is very large and is used to store equipment etc. for other rentals, and this storage encroached on the parking spaces, so we did not use the garage.

We came to Salt Lake City for a work trip and needed a place that all of us (women and men) could stay and have our own space. Utah's best saved the day with one of their duplexes right outside the city. The house was clean, spacious and offered us everything we needed. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We lost the code to the home and set the alarm off late at night and they called me back and assisted us very quickly. They even let us ship to their office, which was a lifesaver! RecommendedRented a home from UBVR in 2017 and again in 2018 for a multi-family ski trips. Service from UBVR was second to none. Everyone is super helpful and very nice to work with. Houses exceeded our expectations. I will definitely use them again next year.
We rented the Brickyard Bungalow during a college visit in Salt Lake. Very comfortable home - immaculately clean and super comfy beds!

Ski Haven at Big Cottonwood was spectacular. Beautiful place and even better location that was close to all the ski mountains. We had a great trip...
A wonderful place right in downtown for large party. We rented both the main and guest houses for our party of 12 adults and 11 children. We had a power outage during the storm. Alexis responded promptly, arranged for us to move to a place nearby waiting for power to come back. Really easy to deal with sales rep. A little hard to contact after the hour though. Had to leave message. Highly recommend. We will be back here next year.
The Draper house is a GEM! We just stayed for 4 nights for a 60th anniversary with 21 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool, hot tub and suana was AWESOME. So close to ski slopes and tubing and also great shopping just minutes away. It was so nice to all be able to fit around the table together. I would highly recommend this house!
We came for a soccer tournament and loved the amenities!! Great place to stay or buy one of your own. The staff was really friendly and great to work with!!
