We had UTECH waterproof our basement earlier this year. With recent rain we noticed water and called UTECH to come out. Tony came to take a look and found it was our sump pump not working!! He took the time to hook up a spare sump pump when the problem we had was not the fault of UTECH. We highly recommend them and I give their name any time i see a post asking for recommendations.
Our house is over 90 years old. All four basement walls were bowing and leaking. It would be impossible to put into words what Tony & his crew accomplished in eight short days! UTECH Basement Waterproofing ,waterproofed my parents house in Clarence, NY many years ago. After my parents passed, I own the home and have been here on and off for 60 years. You did my basement 4 yrs ago, drain tile, vapor barrier, repaired a bowed wall and new sump pump which I never hear and my electric bill went down intensely. Amazing we were able to finish the basement to a beautiful living space!!!! I thank you very much, it was a disgusting pit at one time.
