Great experience w/ Utility Bellhops! The representative that helped me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and was not pushy at all - he simply provided me with all of my options and I was able to choose which services I wanted without the typical hard-sell towards one particular company. I wasn't even aware that a service like this existed, until they contacted me on behalf of my lender. After a 30 minute phone call, they had all of my utilities set up and scheduled for install/activation. From other reviews I read, it sounds like they're saving me a ton of money. The real benefit already has been the time and stress they saved me from having to set these up individually. Cable installation was delayed due to poor communication. Also never came through with the credit on my bill or the Ring Doorbell that was promised for using them.
