Took my trailer for some repairs at Utility trader San Antonio, Texas and dealt with Harold in the service department. Just like to say great service great job. You guys are amazing once again thank you so much especially Harold for his courtesy and knowing how to treat customers thank you.
Very helpful, called on Saturday for parts, got a quote for them , then picked it up this morning and the price was $200 less than the quote. Gotta love the discount.
Shop people were great. Glen Reynolds was super nice counter people were less than enthusiastic to help out just set there like slugs seem to be less interested in helping than the other staff. I'm sure I will be back but I know who to deal with now
Worst place to work. They dont pay their mechanics the right wage for their work Shame on you UTS.
I come here often, great place, great ppl except for a guy thats rude, inpatient and unprofessional, I don't know he's but i will post it here when i find out, I needed a little help about a part i needed and was explaining about the part witch I didn't know the part name i was trying to describe and that guy interrupts while i was explanation/describing and asks in a rude manner with high tone, WHAT IS IT THAT YOU NEED?
