Everyone was friendly, kind & relaxed. Enjoyed talking with your staff on a personal ground. As for the 'sale', it was explained & we quickly wanted to make the purchase. My husband and I just left the presentation a few hours ago in the San Antonio office. I must say Diane was excellent to work with with as well as your director of the Nashville office (I can't recall his name, very long day). We purchased the membership which I'm hopeful will yield the level of savings I'm anticipating.
