This rating applies to my recent service request (12/02/2010). Although I've not heard from Eric White in a while (which is okay) and I had a bad experience several months ago with a service technician, Patty Taylor, a Service Consultant, rebuilt my trust in Vacaville Honda with her personal involvement with my issue. This place has it figured out. I knew exactly what I wanted - a Civic LX Automatic in Black. I went to their website. Requested a price quote. They came in a few hundred dollars high. I emailed them back with my offer. They accepted it. Made an appointment. An hour later I'm on the road in my new Civic. Super easy to work with and very professional.
Great place to buy are car. Kirk, Robby and their team. If you want a Honda check this place out. All dealerships should be this good

So we all have the "typical car dealer" impression in the forefront of your mind as you walk onto a car lot waiting to be attacked by sales people. I bought a used Ford Focus from Vacaville Honda. The Focus is in great condition and drives excellent. The sales professionals at Vacaville Honda are really understanding and not pushy. They worked with me on a really good price and went through the car??s history with me to ensure that car was well maintained and in good quality. Normally you feel weird when you deal with people who sell used cars, but Vacaville Honda put a new light on this. I??m extremely happy with their service. Highly recommended!!
Last month I visited the Vacaville Honda dealership to buy a new car and I had a fabulous experience there. The salespeople there were friendly and helped me to choose the right car. In a very short time I decided to buy a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe. The entire sales process was over in a few minutes and I drove home with a great deal and an awesome car.
