I bought 2 Clean Max Xoom 700's in the last 2 weeks and I could not be happier. Kelsey is super friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. The customer service is on point and I felt the pricing was great for a quality item. I will definitely do business with them again.
Brought in a Dyson vacuum that lost suction. Isaac said let’s take a look. He checked the various trouble spots and within minutes found the blockage cause by a bend sewing needle that cause the blockage. I asked how much and he said NOTHING! Wow! That’s customer service.!! The vacuum needed filters so I bought them for him!
Purchased a central vac system from them about 8yrs. ago. We love it and it has tons of power. We had a small plastic piece break on the nozzle.So we took it back to them to see if they could repair it. And Ken repaired it and no cost. That was great customer service and we really appreciated it. If you're in need of a new vacuum or a central vacuum system, replacement bags or you need a repair I recommend them highly.
Stopped here today & these people are so customer friendly & helpful. I had a belt that broke on my Oreck & could not get the new one on due to a finger I'm having surgery on in 6 days. They got it on for me & also replaced 2 missing screws, smiling the whole time! They don't even sell Orecks! I offered to pay but she wouldn't allow me to do so. When I get a new sweeper I will definitely visit again! Highly recommend! Thanks again Vacuum Concepts!!!
