RecommendedI had a great experience going to Vacuum Concepts today. Isaac was very welcoming and courteous at the front counter. Within minutes he was looking over my carpet cleaner for the problem. He found what the problem was, fixed it and had me out the door. He even carried my carpet cleaner back to my car. I highly recommend Vacuum Concepts on E. Dorothy Ln. in Kettering.

Really felt that Jim, the manager there, was super helpful, clear, kind, quick, and thorough; just plain nice to work with. He was happy to give me some specific pointers on my vacuum that will help in the months and years to come. Our Riccar was a kind of investment for us and finding a good place locally to get it worked on was really helpful. I super recommend him.

RecommendedI would like to express my appreciation for your employee, Mr. Jim Abston. I have been using the Kirby vacuum since 1992; faithfully. I have owned 4-5 Kirby's over that time. I recently visited the Kettering location to bring my Kirby Gen 4 in for service. I met Jim and he asked if I had a bit of time to take a look at a Riccar vacuum.
