I took my newly adopted kitty, Emily Rose, to Dr. Christakos. The staff and Dr. fell in love with her and treated her with so much kindness and professionalism. What a wonderful and caring Hospital.
Service has gone down hill in the last year. We WERE a 20 + year customer, erased in 1 phone call from the assistant manager. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. We spend a lot of money on veterinary care. More than the average family. The assistant manager called and said our account was flagged for Multiple late appointments. If you call 3-5 minutes late, I guess. I can remember 2 such occasions in the last 2 years. But the attitude that was met by this assistant manager will cost Valley roughly $10,000 to $15,000 per year in Servi... read more

Older dogs should not go here. They charge I’d you’re running late. Even if you call to say you’re running late. And they say it’s ok, to still come in. Then when you get your old dog there- they are unprofessional and rude at the front desk.

No I do not recommend Valley Animal hospital. I’ve been with them for a few years for my dog and 3 cats but I recently learned they did not protect the privacy of my pets account and shared my dog/cat’s immunization records with my bitter ex boyfriend who has stolen my pets. He used this information to shop my pets to local rescues. I called their office in disgust and asked for an explanation. My family dogs ashes were not collected to be placed in an urn. My mother was charged for it and told that she would be reimbursed the fee, but how do you replace the ashes?
