First rate service. I buy my vehicles from Valley because of their service.
The experience was great with service done ahead of schedule and complete. The only problem was the fix that was done on the headlight, a piece of tape to do something to the beam? This was a dis-appointment from GMC. With all of the new cars using LED beams and headlights that need adjustments from the factory that blind the on coming cars and trucks is a joke that needs to be corrected! Great experience both Jio and Collin were very courteous and concern for every question I had. Test drive was very well done. They let me test drive for 20 minutes. Very well . Car was very prestine and vacuumed and very good presentation. Finance guy was also courteous and personable and although I did not purchase service contract, he did the paperwork quickly and timely. Great teamwork.
