I have been going to this dealership for almost three decades. Staff goes and comes but they always remain friendly and caring. I believe this dealership is totally honest but their lack of upfront pricing in the service department is their biggest issue. Without upfront pricing they can charge what they want or feel they can get away with. The service department needs to fully disclose pricing BEFORE work is done. Other than this issue, they are great.
