Friendly and super easy to buy Everyone at valley is super friendly and very knowledgeable, it was a very pleasant experience buying a car from valley Nissan Mitsubishi, I definitely recommend dealing with them if you are in the need of a used vehicle or a new Nissan or Mitsubishi.

I drove 2hrs a d was not disappointed! 🫡 They(especially Blake and and Noland) were polite, understanding, accommodating to my needs and budget (not pushy or obnoxious like other dealer i have worked with) and great to work with! It felt natural and comfortable, as opposed to the fake and psuedo friendliness that some dealers I have worked with in the past. Definitely worth the 2hr trip to work with them. (Make sure you pay your Blake tax and fold with Noland haha IFYKYK)

Excellent place. Benjamin was great at showing me the cars they had that would fit my needs and even better at finding options that would match what I was expecting to pay. Robin was awesome with the financing and paperwork. It was a great experience. Awesome team and customer care.

Battery replaced and oil change I bought the car new and the battery should last three years or more. I have had the car for two years. I am not sure what they did, but I felt ripped off. All I wanted was an oil change, but don?t want to worry about a battery in the future.

I bought a used 2021 Nissan Kicks. My car had a recall on it and I was waiting for them to get done and I ended up buying a new car. The young lady who help me Ashanti was awesome and I really appreciated her help. I always wanted a small SUV and I finally have one. Thank you so much 😊. Great service, great team. Buying from Valley Nissan was a great experience. They asked a lot of questions to understand exactly what I wanted and confidently guided me throughout the buying process. They were patient and spent hours test driving, and looking at different vehicle features with me. On the day I bought my truck, they even helped entertain my 4 year old while my wife and I filled out paperwork. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
