We just moved in about a week ago. It's clean, the day of moving everything was spottless and good as new. Defenitly our appartment was above expectations.. we did have the back porch light broken,(still working but unscrewed from the wall.) As we moved in and the leasing agent checked everything with us, a work order was put in for it later that day. The porch light was fixed the next day. But, that was the only hickup we noticed.
