Meeting was on time and great. Was review of the operation of my Remede device
Very please , video call worked as the staff said it would and the Dr was great. He seemed interested in my care needs and listened to what I had to say. I did not feel rushed.
I love dr Martinez!!! The office staff needs a bit more customer service training but I’m very pleased with dr Martinez ☺️

Well you did good, but I have a complain, when my water tank started leaking I called the supply numbers the person that answered told me that I had to go into the dr office because they had to see me first, when I got to the office the person that saw me said I didn’t have to come to the office, that I should’ve just order the tank, that cost me $30.00.. I’m on SocialSecuity and those $30.00 I could have used them for groceries.
I was dealt with in a timely manner. My questions were all answered. So I was pleased with my experience. Thanks,
