The Doctor was not prepared for my appointment and provided information that was not accurate.
Very poor execution on all levels since my initial contact! I have taken my business elsewhere. Please remove my name from your customer list.
Nothing was resolved yesterday regarding my Cpap needing adjustment. While the problem was identified, the adjustment has not been made, “someone will contact you when I’m able to make the change”, doesn’t resolve the ongoing issue.
My 16 month old had a sleep study performed last night. 4/19/2020. The tech covered her in some kind of tape. Wires everywhere. When we made it home the next morning she had red bumps all over her body. As I’m writing this I’m at an emergency appointment with my doctor. Why so much tape and so rough with putting it on her and taking it off? I’m very displeased. Brev
My experience at the sleep center started by my filling out for an hour to two hours on my computer a form that you fill out before you go asking you every question imaginable then you go and have an interview with Eric Noll he’s not a doctor he’s whatever an MSN,ACNPC-AG is but to listen to him he knows more than God and when I filled out my application there was no sign that I would have sleep apnea my wife of 30 years and had never known me to not breathe at night I didn’t have any of the symptoms but according to Eric ... read more
I felt like I was trapped in a used car salesman’s office. Hard sell to use one product. Eric was rude, condensending, and arrogant. He immediately diagnosed me as having sleep apnea without any tests. He’s not even a doctor. Insulted both my wife and me. I could not wait to get out of there to take a shower, he was so slimy. Worst doctors office visit I have ever had.
From the great receptionist to the punctual and casual appointment with the doctor, my first experience with Valley Sleep Center was great. I'd seen my previous doctor for 10 years and had serious expectations here, I wasn't disappointed.
