Contacting the center by phone is enormously frustrating. Always a significant wait to speak to someone. If I leave a message and miss a callback I have to call the main number and wait again and don’t get the same person who left the message. Couldn’t you at least have a way to call someone back on a direct line? Everyone is nice and professional once you reach them. Reaching them is the problem.
