My son and I are both visually impaired. Rachel helped fill out our paperwork since neither of us could see the print. She even came to our homes with additional papers that we needed to sign. Judith answered all of the questions I had. All in all, I think the staff is excellent and should be praised for their work.

Terrible management. Rude management. Very poorly ran. Terrible communication. Incompetent. High turn over at that office which means there’s always a new person that quits before they finish training so you never get a good/accurate answer for any question you may have. 0/0, wouldn’t recommend
