They did amazing . I'm so thankful
My son and I are both visually impaired. Rachel helped fill out our paperwork since neither of us could see the print. She even came to our homes with additional papers that we needed to sign. Judith answered all of the questions I had. All in all, I think the staff is excellent and should be praised for their work.
Mr Kevin and Brian? were expeditious in resolving the relentless plumbing issues that is plaguing us because the property was poorly renovated. Thank you so much Jillian for attending to our needs and treating us like we're human. Be blessed

Terrible management. Rude management. Very poorly ran. Terrible communication. Incompetent. High turn over at that office which means there’s always a new person that quits before they finish training so you never get a good/accurate answer for any question you may have. 0/0, wouldn’t recommend
Mr. Dakota did an excellent job unclogging my toilet. He gets 10 stars! He also went out his way and fixed my door which wouldn't lock properly. My issue is when I called the emergency line and told them my toilet was flooded, I was told that I had to wait until Monday for the turds to be removed! I've had so much trouble with my plumbing since moving in here! You put band aids over bullet holes! Mr Dakota came between the hours of 10am-11am to fix the issue.
