Meghan, Courtnie and the team did such a great job with our last minute loan for a quick turnaround. Even with winter holidays we still were able to close within the same weeks of estimated closing date. The team was always on top of things, very responsive, always answering our questions. The loan estimate was higher than what we paid in the end which is always nice - so no surprises or unexpected costs from the original loan estimate. Jesse Anderson was awesome throughout this whole process of refinancing. He kept us informed and made sure we received documents we needed to complete in a timely manner.
