I contacted the owner, Michael, and he walked me through the process. I had also contacted another vendor, to discuss their procedure as well. I had a couple of other questions for Michael, and he answered my questions. I decided to go with him as he is a licensed HVAC and the techs that would be doing the work were also certified HVAC techs. The tech that showed up name was Dan. Very professional and knowledgeable for such a young guy. Has some very good conversations. I would call them again and I got multiple business cards from him to pass out.
