There was a small issue with my desk, but the owner responded right away, apologized, and refunded $150 for the inconvenience. Outstanding customer service — rare to see these days!

This Broker will contract out your items to the cheapest and lowest bidder and leave your dealing with poor moving company’s that have no protocol don’t inventory your items are hard to get a hold of With poor English and communication. Value added has poor customer service left me dealing with the moving company myself. Defeats the purpose of a broker.
