Their staff is incredibly rude. The parking lot behind their building is a shared space, there are no signs reserving spots for any of the several businesses there. If you park to near their unmarked door they will yell at you and claim the spots are reserved. As I mentioned before, there are no signs regarding parking, not even the businesses.

Business response:

Hi Maryn, I'm sorry you're upset about the parking situation behind our building. Yes, there is no signage, although we do have an agreement with the property that our staff can use those spots. I'm a confused about our staff being rude, in the past we've typically asked folks parking in those spots to consider using the many other spots available and we've not had contact with anyone for several weeks. We want to be good neighbors with the other businesses and their patrons in the area. Please give our owner a call at 5... read more

We brought our pup in at 7A for a Spay. They called at 1p saying she wouldn’t wake up from the anesthesia but to come pick her up. When we got there she looked like she was in and out of consciousness, couldn’t walk on her own. Eyes rolling back, obviously not eating/drinking. We refused to take her home and said something is not right- vet agreed and said she’d never seen this in her 22 years. They took her back and did “supportive care” (is what our bill said) and we came back at 3. She was still the same. They said they c... read more

No staff or customers in masks, big change from a few months ago.

I really enjoyed the staff and the vets, but the setup for appointments is not a good setup for covid or good use of the customer’s time. Everyone’s time is valuable, not just value vets. They need a ‘book a spot’ option on their Facebook page, not a full waiting room with 15 tickets on their front desk, full rooms, and 12 people waiting in their cars in the parking lot. Take an opportunity to look at this Value Vet. If Great Clips can do it, you can too. I had to run home for an emergency and they took me out of line beca... read more

Provide WRITTEN price quotes on procedures. No accountability when I was verbally quoted a price from a dr, then find out the real bill was more. Only received a 10% credit.

Business response:

We're glad to hear that your kitty is doing well after his procedure here yesterday. The whole story is that we verbally quoted for a teeth cleaning of $200. And that there may be teeth that needed extracted for a higher price. And that we would inform you if that needed to be done during his procedure. There were no teeth extracted, so your bill was $215 because you chose an additional injectable treatment we offer for nausea. I offered you a good faith credit of $20 and you decided to write a negative review of our pra... read more

Extortion come first to mind. For a simple Heartworm bloodtest, they Require a "Wellness exam" in order to get the heartworm meds from 800 Petmeds. The wellness exam consisted with 1. Weight, Teeth, Ears, looked at her Butt, and briefly listened to her Heart. And instead of actually examining her, asked me if she had any bumps. So this required "exam" is in my opinion extortion. I was charged this fee everytime we went in. Not just annually that they said was required. Also, Scott Denhart does not social distance at... read more

After years and multiple pets utilizing their services, I have become less satisfied with care. If all you require is shots and paperwork for kennels maybe ok but at each visit we have seen a different rent a vet, not the clinic vets. Usually they are ok but not familiar with my aging dogs issues. Also, prior to moving recently, we had a annual physical for an animal and staff did not contact us that medication was needed after testing done....excuse was it was late on Friday and we forgot. We had to pay to have med shipped... read more
