Mike was our home inspector, he was there early doing an exterior inspection before we got there. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us how various things work within our house. Fortunately, there were not any major issues with the home, but he was able to find many small items that I never would have known about. We received his report the next day. It was very thorough and easy to read. Provided home inspection and radon test for newly constructed home

The overall experience was great. Our home inspector was Michael Baltrush and he was already on site and working when we arrived 15 minutes prior to the start time. He was just finishing up the roof and walked us around the outside of the property before heading inside. Overall the entire inspection was 2-3 hours. Mike Bluestein was the inspector that was assigned to my house inspection. Overall, very impressive. Mike was there on time and he already started the inspection when I arrived. Since I am a new home owner, he took his time explaining to me the problems in the house and the corrective actions recommended.
