Worked with Justin on finalizing a purchase deal while I was out of state. He was incredibly helpful and attentive in assisting me through the process. Additionally, he had worked with a close friend (like a brother figure) that went into the dealership to help me with the pricing -- then he worked with me to understand the numbers and finalize. Great service from Rhett Ballard and Ryan Greene, overall experience was great. Even with the weird transaction I had due to GM buyback procedures. Van GMC staff handled it and made getting my new truck a breeze!
