AN UNEXPECTED PLEASURE! This morning I drove in to have my 1998 CHEVY Malibu serviced, as it was beginning to need many repairs one part at a time. New Silverado I have to preface my review by saying how much I despise the car buying experience from a dealership. I can't stand the negotiation and pressuring tactics. Given that, I would say I had a better than average experience at Van. I was working with a new Sales Associate that Scott was training, Dan Peterson. Dealership is very pushy with lack of internal communication My lease was ending and that's when the aggressive and relentless calls started coming in. I told them that I was busy at the time but I would come in within 30 days (still well before my lease end). Well they gave it about a week before they called again.
