AN UNEXPECTED PLEASURE! This morning I drove in to have my 1998 CHEVY Malibu serviced, as it was beginning to need many repairs one part at a time. New Silverado I have to preface my review by saying how much I despise the car buying experience from a dealership. I can't stand the negotiation and pressuring tactics. Given that, I would say I had a better than average experience at Van. I was working with a new Sales Associate that Scott was training, Dan Peterson. I went through the Costco Auto Program and I have no idea if that was beneficial for me or not because Costco was never brought up once when I arrived at the dealership. Dealership is very pushy with lack of internal communication My lease was ending and that's when the aggressive and relentless calls started coming in. I told them that I was busy at the time but I would come in within 30 days (still well before my lease end). Well they gave it about a week before they called again.
