New Silverado I have to preface my review by saying how much I despise the car buying experience from a dealership. I can't stand the negotiation and pressuring tactics. Given that, I would say I had a better than average experience at Van. I was working with a new Sales Associate that Scott was training, Dan Peterson. I went through the Costco Auto Program and I have no idea if that was beneficial for me or not because Costco was never brought up once when I arrived at the dealership. Dealership is very pushy with lack of internal communication My lease was ending and that's when the aggressive and relentless calls started coming in. I told them that I was busy at the time but I would come in within 30 days (still well before my lease end). Well they gave it about a week before they called again. They started to call me at all hours of the day. I would speak to one person and tell them to take me of their list because I needed more time but I would come in.
