Rhett, Your dealership is very unprofessional and I am sorry my wife bought a car from Van on my recommendation. Please feel free to reach out to me, but when you buy a car in someone's name and title come's in someone else'e name and Van Chevrolet is not resolving issue there is a problem. I made several calls today and always got the sales folks but when asked for a Sales or Finance Director got sent to voice mails for multiple people and call back and same sales game. PATHETIC WAY TO HANDLE A NEW RELATIONSHIP.

This is the worst dealership when it comes to financing I’ve ever encountered in my life and I bought over 20 cars used and new. They do not return your calls. They do not give you the correct information and I’m filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau.

Process started easy. Price on the car was good no issues. Dom and Steven in sales were great. Dave L. In finance he gave false information on the rate. He was chatty to begin with but once we did not buy a warranty he was very unprofessional. We started out with a higher estimated rate then the rate came in lower. Dave then wanted to add a warranty to keep the same payment. We said no politely several times. Finance guy (Caleb) was very unprofessional. He tried to highball me on an interest rate and as soon as I said, I already had a better rate from a different finance company. His personality changed. He was no longer friendly nor did he care to have any conversation with us. Once we finished finance, he basically told us to leave. Wouldn’t stand up nor shake our hands. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Worst experience ever. Sold me a car with electrical issues, took it back right away and almost lost $10,000! Absolute criminal!

We were fine with the sales person and his supervisor. Unfortunately the person in charge of finance was clueless. Took an unbelievable amount of time to complete paperwork. Spent inordinate amount of time trying to get printer to work before finally asking for assistance and using another printer. If we hadn’t signed paperwork we would have left. Will NEVER buy another car here nor would we ever recommend to anyone

Bad prep, no follow up. Antenna not installed, fluid levels low. Wrong owners manual etc.

All they want is your money, and I feel like I was treated with disrespect when I came up there with my car for them to check out something on it. So I was pretty much disregarded at the xxxx selling the vehicle to me and my APR rate looking at it it was terrible. 28 Interest rate horrible!! And I know my credit was not great, but I feel like they could’ve got me a better APR rate if they tried! I got a cts 2023 black the worst car I ever had to boot I tried to get out of the deal because I didn’t get the car the day I signed for it because it needed tires etc I took my vehicle home that I was trying to trade in witch was not what I wanted to do Any ways I text the sales guy that I was having buyers remorse but he told me that I couldn’t get out of it because of the law that states as son as you sign the deal is done So here I am with a car I just don’t like at all and I did ask for the general manager he said the h... read more
