Disappointed Brought in a difficult electrical problem and they tried to sell me a seat alert buzzer, 4x4 gear oil change and a host of things not at all related to the original problem. I had to find a technical service bulletin to give to them related to the vehicle because they were not up to speed. Now a week later and I still have the same vehicle problem. I will not go back there.

Total ripoff dealership. I din't buy here but my grandson did. I have bought cars for 50 years, never a fun experience, but I have never seen a more dishonest deal in my life. Buyer beware, you will be taken for a ride, but not the ride you want. I will admit I was a little irate in talking with the sales manager but he hung up on me. Can't take the heat, deal honestly!

Once they make a deal you won’t hear back I purchased a car from a here 6 weeks ago . Test drove the car and was good. We made a deal on the car. I signed my paper work and was told to pick up the car along with my paper work the next day since it needed to be detailed and finished off through the shop. I went the next day picked up the car , delivery time took a while before receiving my paper plate to leave. We had communicated few hours and set a time I was going to pick up . Not happy! I felt very rushed and pressured. This experience is all bad sales experience in one. We were looking at an Arcadia but didn’t like the color and was then brought a different Arcadia but different color which we liked was told it had all the same features but different year and a little cheaper. We bought the vehicle and it’s dufferent. It doesn’t have AWD like the other one. It’s missing the weather stipping. Slow follow through, promises not kept Purchased car nearly one month ago. They were very late reporting our trade to prior financing company causing them to taking another payment from us. Called to advise of this two weeks after purchase and they promised to refund our money. Nearly a month later they still haven't refunded. I have left messages for finance department and they are not returning calls.

Bad customer service Bought a 2018 Silverado duramax from tony Front rotors were warped at 14,000 miles and the only thing was towed 2 times was my jet ski A total of 24 miles round trip and van Chevrolet told me to stuff it there not fixing it My first auto I bought from them was a corvette and now 2018 Silverado and a big problem now and they blamed it on me Screw you van no more business from my family ever Tony didn’t care Service manager didn’t care Finance manager didn’t care

Bad Customer Service/ disrespectfully First of all the “Sales Manager Vince Maldonado” yells in our face telling us “ We are frustrating and where is all our money!!!! He wanted to charge us off with $3000 a previous vehicle mind you we kept going back 8 times to resign contract for vehicle!!! Told “General Manager Matt Cerrera” and he told me I will work with you and get you in a vehicle and I will work with you directly” 11th time we went back!! Service Department Never Returns Calls I wanted to express in my frustration with Van Chevrolet. I recently purchased a new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 through a different Chevrolet dealership and was not happy with the total service.
