I had been looking for a late model, low mileage, three row SUV for about two weeks. I had already reviewed vehicles at three other dealers and everyone of them had add on items before the final price was quoted. I told them I didn't want the add ons. One of the dealers told me it is already installed, you have to take it. Fast and efficient sales and purchase. What scares me is your Service dept. The Service reps have always been very nice...but it is always that I have to leave the car all day long, no matter how short a job it is. We are a retired couple and have only one car. I have sat in your waiting room for over six hours, for a 50 minute job....I don't do Uber and you never have loaners. I have a hard time recommending your Service.. But I have no other choice.

Seller did not appear to have interest in selling. Even though we bought a car because we wanted it, he lacked of customer service skills.
