Called to see if a car that was in transit was available. He says it was. We had been working with another dealer for months and not getting anywhere. Gave them the opportunity to get the car for us, they didn't make the call. Just told us it wasn't available. Went in two days later and bought the car from Chris. Very honest, professional and super easy.
