Service consultant always keeps you informed every step of the way. He gives you the price of each service before asking you if you wanted it done. He will make recommendations on what services need to be completed now verses what can what, giving you time to save some money to pay for the service in the future. It is one of the few places I do not feel taken advantage of.
Excellent service. Especially grateful for Scott in service who made everything happen seamlessly.
JJ Brownlee was awesome. He made sure all my questions were answered and took the time to show and demonstrate the features of my new car. He returned phone calls promptly and showed professionalism in all aspects of our transaction.

Very professional from the minute we drove in the service department. Our service writer was John Huber and he treated us with respect and made communication first on the list. Van Chevrolet completed what they estimated was the problem in a timely fashion.
My car was in the collision department for repair and Carfax sent me a notice I needed my tires rotated! Service Department had that done after Collision Department finished and I did not have to return later to complete this service..saved me time!
