Malik got my car issue taken car of quickly.
Vehicle dropped off service performed no issues following the service
Service was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed of progress by Malik, the Service Manager. He did a great job. As I have done for previous appointment, I worked with Kim for scheduling this appointment. She also did a great job and has always been very professional and easy to work with.
Had a scheduled appointment and it still took over an hour other than that it was good.

Van Chevrolet/Subaru found what was wrong and installed a new torque converter. I had never heard of such a thing, but my car runs great. They follow up and want to make sure you are pleased with what service they performed. Excellent service.
