5 Star : My Experience Funny enough- when I brought the car in, there was no crack in the windshield. When I picked it up, there was a long crack. I think there was a ding at the top where I couldn’t see it and in the days it was parked in the heat at Van, the crack grew. Your rep was kind enough to offer his service to get the windshield replaced by USAA this week.
