5 Star : My Experience The staff (including my adjustor Randy) was great. I was a little concerned when I was told that my tow in from a wreck would have to go after appointments. Ummm how do you make an appointment for a wrecked vehicle? However, Randy put my mind at ease with communicating and my vehicle (washed) was ready before my rental car expired.
