Scott was great to work with at Van Chevrolet. He could tell we were sick and tired of the standard car dealership bullcrap of starting out with a way overcharged price and having to go back and forth with someone higher up that you don't even see to get the price down... They took good care of me and worked deals on all the trucks I was interested in with out making me feel pressured
I had a hard to locate electrical issue on my 2022 Yukon. Matthew the service advisor and Adam the service manager went to great legnths to attempt to locate the issue. After dedicating 3 days of searching, they were able to located the chaffed wire and repaired it at minimal cost. Matthew and Adam were very professional and they went above and beyond, and again, at very little cost. Thank you Matt for resolving the issue!
