Salesman Mike was very professional and the negotiation Salesman Mike was very professional and the negotiation process was not too painful. On the other hand there was lots of deception in the finance department!!! Not a good experience with this dealership!
They were not honest. They were not honest. First sold me a car for more than was listed on the website. When I asked they blew me off 3 times. I have a screen shot of the car on their website for $6k less than I was charged. Also the car was in an accident and had damage on the front end. When I called the next day to request a repair I was made to feel like and annoyance and was asked what my problem was now. Very rude. Was intears through out the process.
