5 Star : My Experience I’m so thankful the technicians were able to figure out to remove a bolt that broke on the liftgate of my SUV. I know this wasn’t easy. Gary was very courteous and professional and the ladies up front were very nice. Glad to have my SUV back. Thanks to all.

This issue has not been resolved. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality The quality of the repair was good but there was damage to my tailgate that was not reported to me.
