5 Star : My Experience Friendly, helpful, patient, kind, efficient, knowledgable, professional, on time. Appreciated having Enterprise onsite. Daily updates were great...didn't need a phone call and text...one or the other would have been plenty. AM notice of car to be ready at the end of the following day, followed by a PM notice that the car was ready was frustrating for a work day.
